This house is of very old origin, probably from
the XVII Century judging by the tosca stone used in it's construction.
It is a popular house in la Marina Alta, that eas reconstructed in the XX Century
and rebuildt in the seventies by its previous owner. - The last rehabilitation

The house is situated in the old town of Jávea. The most important element
of this house is the courtyard.
The ground floor is large area comprised of the rustic and contemporary style.
Different materials: glass, wood and galvanized-iron, to coexist with the old
arch the tosca stone and stairs.
The houseconsists of three floors: on the grand floor, a spacious living room,
the courtyard and the kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms.
The color of the house is natural earth color and blue, which gives a warm
glow. The special architectural elements: the doorway, the chimney, the courtyard
and the stairs together make a rustic and contemporary house in the center
of the old town.
