It's a popular house in la Marina Alta. This house preserves the cart entrance,
the courtyard and the drinkingtrought for the animals. This is a house from
the nineteenth century with even more ancint architectural structures for example:
seventeenth century arch-way in the main living room.
This house is partially protected by the town-hall of Jávea. The rehabilitation
of this house is complete. The construction surface is 30 m2. The access from
the street is open to a big stone courtyard; there are two floors. On the first
floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The rehabilitation of the house was to demolish part of the old construction
and rebuilt in a contemporary fashion.
